- Scale of the project:

           + Estimated funding of the project: from 20 million USD till 200 million USD.

           + Estimated area of the project: 680 hectares.

- Project location: Nhon Hoi New Urban Area with an area of 680 hectares and population scale of 90,000 which belongs to Nhon Hoi Economic Zone has been planned to become a residential center in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone. This solves the accommodation demand for the people who work in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone and other people to settle in the zone. This also contributes to widen Quy Nhon city. This new urban area is not only one of the centers in Quy Nhon city but also a finance – trade – service center, an international transaction center, and a high-qualified human resources training and research center in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone. This is also an ecological urban area with the structure and flexible urban development form. The main space axis is in the direction of Thi Nai Lagoon – the East Sea, considering as the focus area of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, which has been constructed synchronously and modernly.
