 The 9th Binh Dinh People's Festival in Ho Chi Minh City - 2025 was organized by the Binh Dinh Association in Ho Chi Minh City in coordination with the Provincial People's Committee from February 21 to 22. This year's festival with the theme "Land of Martial Arts and Humanity" brings the message of Binh Dinh - a land of talented people, the homeland known as the "Land of Martial Arts, Heaven of Literature", on the journey to open up the South, our ancestors have built and embellished many cultural values ​​that today's descendants are extremely proud of.

The Festival is an opportunity for Binh Dinh people in Ho Chi Minh City and the southern provinces to meet and share about work and life; immerse themselves in a space imbued with homeland sentiment. For each Binh Dinh child far from home to express the spirit of solidarity, join hands towards their homeland. This is also an opportunity for people to listen to provincial leaders share about the socio-economic development situation, the development orientations of their homeland in the new period.

In his opening speech, Mr. Do Thanh Hung, Chairman of the Binh Dinh Association in Ho Chi Minh City, shared: “From the thread of the past, looking back to the origin and ancestors to remind descendants to always carry within themselves the spirit and generosity of Binh Dinh people - the heroic bloodline that always flows from the past to the present and the future.  Through the activities held at the Festival, we are proud of the heroic historical and cultural values ​​that our ancestors have created throughout the development of the country. So that the generations of Binh Dinh people today and tomorrow can continue to promote that tradition, bringing the land of "Martial Arts, Civilization" to a new height".

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Quoc Dung respectfully acknowledged and praised the attention and noble gestures of Binh Dinh people, businessmen and enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City who have contributed to their homeland over the past years.  According to Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung, 2025 is a year of special importance - the year of completing the goals and tasks of the resolutions of party congresses at all levels and the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025. This is also the year of celebrating many major holidays and important historical events of the country and the province, and is also the year of holding party congresses at all levels, the 21st Provincial Party Congress, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
