Dao Tan's name is Chi Truc, the name is Mong Mai, Mai Tang was born on February 27, the year of the Rat, (ie April 3, 1845) in Vinh Thanh village, Phuoc Loc commune, Tuy Phuoc district, Binh Dinh province.
