The Science Space Complex is a project in the idea of building the first science and education urban area of Vietnam in Binh Dinh proposed by the Vietnam Association of Science Encounters. The complex will be a space to explore science for children and the public, increasing the exposure of science to the masses and arousing the youth's passion for science and creativity. The complex is the first step towards forming a Quy Hoa Science and Education Urban Area in the future.
According to the design, the scientific space complex includes 3 main items: a cosmological model house, a science museum and an astronomical observatory. The project was built on an area of 12.6 hectares in Ghenh Rang ward, Quy Nhon city with a total capital of more than 171 billion VND.
In which, the Cosmic Model House includes the following main parts: Projection and observation room; Technical control room; Sound system, computer, control program, lecture program. Cosmic modelers help viewers explore stunning images of the universe, explaining astronomy-related issues with vivid visual illustrations.
Science Museum has many booths exhibiting scientific experiments around topics: physics, chemistry, engineering, life science, environmental science...
With the Astronomical Observatory, 10 popular telescopes are arranged with the best viewing conditions, easy to access.
In addition, at the Science Space Complex, there is also a large and friendly space with a cafe, a reading corner, a community science library and a souvenir shop for visitors...
