Ecological tourism area in Thi Nai Lagoon

- Objectives of the project: To build an ecological tourism area: beaches, villas, hotels, vessel stations, mangroves, etc. to project the environment and sustainable development. To diversify tourism products based on the maximum exploitation of scenery and terrain advantages and suitable for the requirements of economic development, landscape and environmental protection in Thi Nai Lagoon in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone.

           + Joint venture (both domestic and foreign).

           + 100 % foreign funding

           + 100 % domestic funding

- Scale of the project:

           + Estimated funding of the project: from 350 million USD till 400 million USD.

           + Estimated area of the project: 765 hectares.

- Project location: Thi Nai Lagoon Ecological Tourism Area is stretching from Quy Nhon city to Tuy Phuoc district, Phu Cat district, in the southeast of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone with tourism terrain of beaches, lagoons, diversified mangroves, suitable for the investment and development of tourist resorts.
