Building the technical infrastructure for Hoa Hoi Industrial Zone

- Objectives of the project: To build the technical infrastructure for Hoa Hoi Industrial Zone as well as call for the investment of secondary investors to construct service, process and production factories in Hoa Hoi Industrial Zone, Cat Hanh commune, Phu Cat district, Binh Dinh province so as to take the advantage of material resources and available labor forces in this region and neighboring regions, promoting the development of industry and home craft.

- Forms of investment:

          + Joint venture (both domestic and foreign).

          + 100 % foreign funding

          + 100 % domestic funding

- Scale of the project:

          + Estimated funding of the project: from 30 million USD till 50 million USD.

          + Estimated area of the project: 265 hectares.

- Project location: Hoa Hoi Industrial Zone has an area of 265 hectares (phase 1) and it can be widened up to 340 hectares (phase 2), located in Cat Hanh commune, Phu Cat district, Binh Dinh province. This zone is located in the west of the National Highway 1A, 40 kilometers away from Quy Nhon city and 30 kilometers from Nhon Hoi General Port, and 8 kilometers on the northern direction from Phu Cat airport.
