 Visiting the Department of Health, Comrade Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee informed the leaders, doctors, staff, and medical staff of the province's achievements in health care, socio-economic, cultural, educational, national security and defense in 2023. In particular, there is a positive contribution of the provincial health sector. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan hopes that the provincial health sector in 2024 and the following years will work together with the province to build Binh Dinh into a large-scale treatment and nursing center that meets national standards and area.

 Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee proposed that the provincial health sector focus on building investment in developing highly specialized medical human resources, investing in more modern equipment; Strengthen the training of medical ethics and service attitudes to bring satisfaction to patients.

 The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the provincial health sector in general and the Department of Health in particular need to have breakthrough solutions to create a difference to promote and develop the health system. In the immediate future, we must focus on investing in human resources and modern medical equipment for hospitals to develop. At the same time, review and make statistics of the medical technical services the Provincial General Hospital and other provincial hospitals are implementing with high quality to invest strongly, create "brand, difference" and be a Binh Dinh province's strengths in medical examination and treatment, in order to attract many patients to come for medical examination and treatment in the province, limiting the situation of "patients leaving for treatment in Ho Chi Minh City".

 Along with that, fundamentally change the style, service attitude, and behavior of medical staff towards patients, along with improving the living conditions of patients. Building a "green, clean, beautiful" medical facility, providing comprehensive patient care services, meeting the community's needs for quality medical examination and treatment and the need for high-quality medical examination and treatment.  .

 At Military Hospital 13, hospital leaders reported to Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan on the hospital's operating results in 2023. Along with the provincial health sector, in 2023, Military Hospital 13 implemented Currently examining and treating about 16,000 patients;  Health insurance payment is about 20 billion VND. Currently, the hospital has 16 departments and faculties with a team of highly specialized doctors and nurses, equipped with many modern medical equipment, and accommodates about 180 treatment beds.
