 Each year, Vietnam's wood industry exports an average of over 10 billion USD, making Vietnam the 5th largest exporter of wood and wood products in the world, second in Asia and leading in Southeast Asia. Of which, Binh Dinh is one of the four largest wood processing and export centers in the country, the wood industry accounts for more than 60% of the province's export value in 2023 (reaching 930 million USD/1.6 billion USD) and create jobs for more than 30,000 workers. In particular, Binh Dinh is increasingly asserting its superiority in engineered wood products and outdoor furniture in the domestic and international supply chain.
