About 50 scientists participated in the international conference “Physics in Collision”

About 50 scientists from 16 countries in the world came to Binh Dinh to attend the conference with its focus on updating and discussing topics in particle physics and announcing the research results within the last year

According to Prof. Tran Thanh Van - Chairman of Rencontres du Vietnam, the conference focuses to update key topics in elementary particle physics in which new results have been published within the last year. The aim of the presentations is to encourage informal discussions of new experimental results and their implications. The topics at the symposium cover a wide range of physics subjects from experimental and theoretical accelerator-based particle physics to astroparticle physics.

As known, the conference “Physics in Collision” began in 1981 in Blacksburg, Virginia, USA.
