Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Ho Quoc Dung meeting with Aomori Chuo Gakuin University
At the meeting, Chairman of PPC Ho Quoc Dung gave a brief on the natural conditions, the geographical location, mineral resources, potential and advantages for socio-economic development of the province, and projects calling for investment. Chairman emphasized that with these potential and advantages, Binh Dinh have attracted many investors to seek for cooperative opportunities. Presently, Binh Dinh is cooperating with Japan in the fields of catching and exporting oceanic tunas, planting forests and producing wooden furniture, and training labor forces to work in Japan.
Chairman Ho Quoc Dung said that Binh Dinh has a great demand in the Japanese language education. In 2013 and 2014, the province deployed the teaching of Japanese language for the labor forces to work in Japan. Construction Joint-Stock Company 47 started a number of N5-level training courses, and Binh Dinh Medical College is training the nurses in order to work in Japan. The province also agreed Quang Trung University associated with Japanese agencies to establish the Department of Japanese Language. The Chairman hoped that in the coming time Aomori Chuo Gakuin University would create more opportunities for teaching and learning Japanese for Binh Dinh people in need of learning this language.
Mr. Norihisa Ishida, the President of Aomori Tanaka Educational Academy, was very glad to pay a visit to Binh Dinh. He said that Binh Dinh was rich in economic potential, and (he) believed that with these advantages Binh Dinh would further develop in the future. For the cooperation in educational field, Mr. Norihisa Ishida said that Aomori Chuo Gakuin University has two bachelor’s degree majors of Business Administration – Law and Nursing. The University also trains the college-level of nutrition and nursery teachers. Also belonging to the university, there are branches majoring in accounting and fashion design, the kindergartens and old people centers. For the training of Japanese language, the University will take it into consideration before having an official decision.
