The Chairman of Binh Dinh province "unboxed" an F1 racing boat worth 18 billion VND

 On March 24, the Formula 1 motorboats of the Binh Dinh - Vietnam team worth more than 18 billion VND each officially docked at Thi Nai lagoon (Quy Nhon city).

 On the same day, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Binh Dinh F1 Joint Stock Company Tran Viet Anh went directly to the racing area, along with captain Jonas Andersson "unboxing" the team's Formula 1 motorboat.  Binh Dinh - Vietnam.

 The F1H2O motorboat takes the image of the Vietnamese flag as its main theme. The entire boat is covered in a brilliant red color with a five-pointed star image right in the middle of the boat's bow.

 The motorboat used in the race is a high-speed double-hull boat with extremely good flexibility. Boat length is 6m, width is 2m. Boat weight is up to 390kg. The motorboat has a maximum speed of over 250km/h.  It is estimated that each F1 racing boat costs up to 750,000 USD (about 18 billion VND).

 Team Binh Dinh - Vietnam owns 3 boats, 1 controlled by captain Jonas Andersson, 1 controlled by racer Stefan Arand and 1 reserve.

 Binh Dinh F1 racing team captain Jonas Andersson shared: I hope my racing team can confidently win on the home track with this extremely powerful motorboat.

 "Dam Thi Nai is a new race location, the competition conditions such as wind and waves are completely different from other race locations...It is also a challenge but we will try our best to win the Vietnam race ", Captain Jonas Andersson said confidently.

 After quite a successful competition in the Grand Prix of Indonesia, the Binh Dinh - Vietnam Formula 1 motorboat team gathered on the afternoon of March 23. With the advantage of being the host of the second stage, team captain Jonas and Estonian racer Stefan Arand surveyed the home team's competition area and watched and supported the UIM - Aquabike world championship race. World Championship 2024 is taking place at Thi Nai lagoon.
