Binh Dinh People’s Committee grants a land use right certificate issuance for Outward Bound Vietnam School Project

Outward Bound Vietnam School Project in Binh Dinh Province with a total investment capital of nearly 10 million USD will be implemented on an area of 60.86 ha in Tan Thanh Tourist Area (Cat Hai Commune, Phu Cat District) in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone.
The project is divided into three main functional areas including Outward Bound life skill, eco-tourism and villas. According to the investor, the project will be implemented within 4 phases. Phase 1: Constructing technical infrastructure items of Outward Bound life skill; Phase 2: Constructing academic and administrative buildings, dormitories and auxiliary works; Phase 3: Constructing eco-tourism items; Phase 4: Constructing villa works.
The aim of the project is to provide life skill training programs under international standards, certified and monitored by Outward Bound Organization. These programs are suitable for students of all ages (from primary to university, including in-service training). Students attending the training programs will have opportunities to participate in such activities as mountain climbing, boat sailing, and so on in order to develop their skills.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Ho Quoc Dung highly appreciated the active cooperation of KinderWorld Education Group (Singapore) to implement Outward Bound Vietnam School Project in Binh Dinh Province. Chairman Ho Quoc Dung said that the project would play an important role for Binh Dinh in particular and Vietnam in general in terms of training life skills for young generations. Together with Science Center, which is rushing to be completed, Outward Bound Vietnam School Project in Binh Dinh Province will create a different focal point for educational sector as well as a tourist attraction in Binh Dinh Province. Chairman Ho Quoc Dung believed that the investor would implement the project as committed. He also made his commitment to create favorable conditions for the project to be implemented as scheduled.
On this occasion, Outward Bound Vietnam School offered 50 scholarships to Binh Dinh Youth Union so as to hand disadvantaged students and other 50 scholarships to Cat Hai Secondary School in Phu Cat District.
