Binh Dinh ranks 2nd nationwide in the index of serving people and businesses

Binh Dinh ranked 2nd out of 63 provinces and cities in the index of serving people and businesses in handling administrative procedures, as of the end of October.

The People's Committee of Binh Dinh province has just reported on the results of administrative procedure reform in the province.

Accordingly, in the past time, the province has issued 395 decisions to announce the list of more than 3,500 administrative procedures under the management of departments, branches and sectors and made them public on the National Database of Administrative Procedures.

The province has completed 100% of the task of reviewing and simplifying 234 administrative procedures as planned, saving more than 59 billion VND/year.  In the 10 months of 2024 alone, simplify 29 administrative procedures; propose to reduce the dossier components for 7 procedures; reduce the processing time of 22 administrative procedures... Regarding administrative procedure reform associated with digital transformation, up to now, the province's administrative procedure information system (VNPT-iGate system) has completed the integration and connection with 24 national databases, specialized databases of ministries, branches, and localities; deploy electronic application forms and declarations for 107 administrative procedures, reduce at least 20% of information that does not need to be re-declared; issue more than 290,000 public digital signatures to people and businesses;  100% of the province's administrative procedures have internal procedures approved and electronic procedures established...

The one-stop, one-stop mechanism in handling administrative procedures of the province has been substantially innovated with the participation of enterprises providing public postal services in performing tasks.

Thanks to the synchronous implementation of tasks and solutions for reforming administrative procedures, as of October 31, Binh Dinh achieved 88.63 points, ranking 2nd out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide (after Ca Mau province: 89.08 points) in terms of the results of "Index of service to people and businesses in handling administrative procedure records". In which, the index of online public services and online payments of Binh Dinh ranked 1st; the index of progress of handling ranked 2nd.

The rate of providing online public services throughout the total number of eligible administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal reached 100%;  The rate of synchronized records on the National Public Service Portal reached 100%; the rate of timely handling of feedback and recommendations was 100%; the level of satisfaction in receiving and handling administrative procedures of people and businesses reached 98.9%; the average rate of online public service records of the whole province reached 88.8%...
