 At the meeting and working session, Mr. Ho Quoc Dung, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, introduced the potential strengths of Binh Dinh, especially the investment environment and policy mechanisms to attract investment in Binh Dinh;  land rental prices, land rental exemption and reduction policies; labor source; capital flow for businesses...when investing in economic zones and industrial parks, especially Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial Park.  Besides, Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung said that the tourism industry in Binh Dinh province is on a strong development path. Specifically, last March, Binh Dinh province successfully organized the F1 H20 international professional motorboat racing tournament with the participation of many racing teams around the world. This is the first time a Vietnamese province has hosted a world-class F1 motorboat race, and is considered by the racing teams to be the most successful and beautiful hosting locality ever.

 Mr. Yamagishi Yoshiaki, Chairman of Nagano Provincial Council, welcomed the delegation and was impressed by the information shared by the head of Binh Dinh province. Nagano is a region famous for growing and producing fruits and vegetables. In addition, this is also an industrial center producing electronics, machinery, and food. Nagano province is also known as the land of high mountains in Japan with many famous tourist destinations such as Matsumoto Castle, Jigokudani Monkey Park, Karuizawa,...During the meeting with the Binh Dinh province delegation to the Nagano province  this time, Mr. Yamagishi Yoshiaki expressed his joy and considered this an opportunity for exchanges between businesses for the economic development of the two localities.

 On this occasion, Comrade Ho Quoc Dung, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, also reviewed the more than 50-year relationship between Vietnam and Japan since the establishment of diplomatic relations. Determining Japan as an important partner, Binh Dinh province has focused on promoting, propagandizing, and introducing the image, potential, advantages, and socio-economic achievements of the province to Japanese partners, aims to invite Japanese partners, businesses, and investors to cooperate, invest, and do business in the province. Accordingly, from 2012 up to now, Binh Dinh province has regularly organized contact, connection and promotion activities between Binh Dinh province and Japanese localities and partners.

Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung expressed his hope that Binh Dinh province and Nagano province will become twinned in the near future.  This helps the relationship between Vietnam and Japan in general and the relationship between Binh Dinh province and Nagano province in particular become more cohesive, to support each other in developing the socio-economic potential of the two countries beside, Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung added that in the coming time, Becamex IDC Corporation and Becamex Binh Dinh Joint Stock Company will play a connecting role to strengthen the cooperative relationship of cultural exchange and investment, moving towards a twinning relationship between Binh Dinh province and Nagano province, Japan.

 Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Japan, said at the meeting that he hoped that Binh Dinh province and Nagano province would be twinned with each other and support each other in comprehensive development in all aspects face. The Ambassador also pledged that the Vietnamese embassy in Japan will have a connection mission to support the two sides in twinning, promoting investment, and cultural exchanges with each other to promote the socio-economic development of the two provinces.
