Opening of the art program to welcome the New Year of the Snake 2025

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Quoc Dung performed the drum beating ceremony to open the festival.

Attending were comrades: Ho Quoc Dung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Thi Phong Vu - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Nguyen Tuan Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee;  comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; former provincial leaders; representatives of departments and branches of the province and Quy Nhon City, along with a large number of people and tourists.

The program began with the opening ceremony with the performance of the Spring Festival Drum, lion dance, traditional martial arts performance of Binh Dinh, singing and dancing to welcome the homeland's New Year, creating a vibrant atmosphere. Next was the drum beating ceremony to open the festival by Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Quoc Dung.  The drums' sound resounded loudly in the opening ceremony, along with the opening performance, as if blending in with the joy of the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people of Binh Dinh, joining the atmosphere across the country to celebrate the Party and the spring of At Ty 2025.

The drum performance to celebrate spring opened with lion dances, traditional martial arts performances of Binh Dinh, singing and dancing to welcome the homeland's New Year, creating a joyful atmosphere in the new year.

 After the opening ceremony, the art program with the theme "Celebrating the Party - Celebrating the Spring of At Ty 2025" consisting of 2 parts took place, with elaborately staged singing, dancing, and singing performances with many traditional and modern art forms interwoven, expressing the joy and pride in celebrating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and welcoming the New Year of At Ty 2025.

Part 1 of the program is called "Celebrating the Party, celebrating the Spring of At Ty" including performances praising the Party, beloved Uncle Ho, highlighting the development achievements of Binh Dinh homeland, and the joy of welcoming the traditional New Year of the nation.

Part 1 "Celebrating the Party - Celebrating the Spring of At Ty 2025" includes performances praising the Party and beloved Uncle Ho; thereby, affirming that the Party Committee, army and people of Binh Dinh always believe in the Party, unite, join hands, and are determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, build and develop Binh Dinh province quickly, comprehensively and sustainably, and together with the whole country enter a new era - the era of the Vietnamese people's rise. Interspersed with these are performances highlighting the unique cultural features of the "land of martial arts, sky of literature", promoting to tourists the homeland of Binh Dinh, which is proud to have many historical and cultural relics, famous landscapes, and images of Quy Nhon - Binh Dinh tourism, famous at home and abroad. 

Part 2 “Opening real connections with Quy Nhon”, includes youthful and vibrant singing and dancing songs with a spring vibe: What did you do last year, Lunar New Year, Spring whispers, Mountain and water song, New era, Two fairies, I will come back soon… performed by singers from Ho Chi Minh City, such as: Sofia, Isacc, Jun Pham, DJ Mie… with modern music and colorful lights will stir up the atmosphere, attracting the audience to wait for the New Year's Eve moment to enter the new year with lots of joy and hope for good things.

A large number of people and tourists came to watch the program to welcome the New Year.

 The program lasted until 24 hours - right at the New Year's Eve with a low-altitude fireworks display, with a shooting time of about 15 minutes and a light technology performance from drones drawing images expressing the characteristics of Binh Dinh land and people shining brightly in the night sky of Xu Nau in the heart of Quy Nhon coastal city, welcoming the new year of At Ty 2025, with pride in the development of Binh Dinh homeland and the whole country entering a new era - the era of the Vietnamese people's rise.
