 Vietnam is still receiving a lot of attention as an investment destination from Japanese enterprises. However, it is a fact that new investment from Japan is becoming more difficult in the Northern region with the center being Hanoi because of the increasing problems of electricity, the problem of shortage of human resources. the more severe; in the southern region with the center being Ho Chi Minh City because of labor shortages and price increases in industrial zones. In contrast, in the central region of Vietnam including Binh Dinh province at present, the land rents The average level in industrial zones is still relatively low, with abundant human resources, gradually receiving high attention from Japanese enterprises as a new investment destination.

 In that context, at this trade and investment promotion conference, I think there will be a lot of information related to Binh Dinh province to be shared. And I am also very happy if there is information for Japanese businesses to consider specifically about investment, especially information about advantages, advantages and strengths of Binh Dinh province compared to other provinces. to shared.

 I learned that the relationship between Japan and Binh Dinh province is mainly promoted by the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Association in Sakai City. The Friendship Association has contributed to the investment of Japanese enterprises; introduced and popularized Japanese culture to Binh Dinh province for many years.  Binh Dinh province is located quite far from Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang city - where the investment of Japanese enterprises is concentrated. However, Binh Dinh province currently has about 20 Japanese investment projects - a rare thing in other provinces and cities. I know it largely thanks to the contribution of the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Association in Sakai City.
