 - Directing the development of production and business:

 + Focus on directing the organization to seriously, promptly and effectively implement tasks and solutions to promote socio-economic development, remove difficulties for enterprises, production and business activities, etc. the most favorable conditions for enterprises to promote trade, seek markets and expand exports; promptly and effectively implement guidelines and policies of the Central and Provincial Governments and new-generation Free Trade Agreements (FTAs). Focusing on administrative reform, improving the business investment environment, creating favorable conditions to shorten investment procedures to create conditions for businesses and investors to quickly deploy works and projects, especially are key projects, having spillover effects to promote socio-economic development of the province.

 + Directing to raise the value of agricultural, forestry and fishery production. To step up agricultural development in the direction of large commodity production, concentrated production, specialized cultivation, large-scale farming, and application of high technology. To develop high-quality pigs and beef cattle, raise chickens on hills in association with effective implementation of vaccination and disease prevention and control; calling for and attracting investment in cattle, poultry and seafood processing and slaughter plants in order to improve economic efficiency and competitiveness. To increase aquaculture and exploitation of aquatic products in association with measures to protect and develop aquatic resources; create favorable conditions for expansion and attraction of new investment in seafood processing factories; urge to speed up the implementation of the hi-tech agricultural zone for shrimp development in My Thanh commune (Phu My). Continue to effectively implement urgent solutions to combat illegal fishing (IUU) and policies to support fishermen in offshore fishing according to regulations. Inspect and urge localities to speed up the implementation of new rural construction; implement the one-commune-one-product program (OCOP Program). Implement drastic and synchronous plans to deal with environmental problems in the province, especially in the collection, transportation and treatment of garbage, waste and wastewater.

+ Direct the synchronous and effective implementation of solutions to stimulate domestic consumption, stimulate tourism and service demand.  Implement the development of night economic development plans in the province. To step up trade promotion activities and expand commodity export markets; promote and introduce local key agricultural products in association with supporting the consumption of agricultural products for people, especially OCOP products. Strengthening the inspection and control of the market, ensuring the circulation of goods and market prices. Directing the promotion of communication, promotion and expansion of the tourism market, focusing on the domestic tourism market in association with improving the quality of tourism services; monitor and urge to speed up the progress of construction investment, complete, put into operation, and use high-class hotel and resort projects and technical infrastructure for tourism development.

 + Enhance promotion activities, call for investment attraction, especially industrial production, urban and tourism projects in Nhon Hoi economic zone and industrial zones and clusters in the province. Carefully prepare the necessary conditions to welcome businesses and investors to the province, with the spirit of "5 ready" in attracting investment including: premises, essential infrastructure, human resources, innovation, substantially improve the business and investment environment and provide support to attract investors. + Expeditiously carry out compensation, site clearance and resettlement to implement industrial, urban and service projects, especially the Becamex VSIP Binh Industrial, Urban and Service Park project Dinh (Van Canh), the project of Long Son Iron and Steel Complex and the Specialized Port of Long Son Iron and Steel Complex, an offshore wind power project of PNE Group; urge to speed up the progress of construction, completion, put into operation and operation of industrial production projects in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, industrial zones and clusters in the province.

 - Regarding culture - society:

 + Carefully organize activities to celebrate the Party, celebrate Spring, implement the mascot symbol of the year of the Rabbit; the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Party; 234th anniversary of Ngoc Hoi - Dong Da victory; The ceremony to receive the National Intangible Cultural Heritage Certificate "Chua Ba Festival - Thi Nuoc Man Port"... Strengthening direction to improve the quality of teaching and learning; implementing the new general education program as planned; application of information technology in teaching and educational management.  Regularly organize activities of gratitude, taking care of people with meritorious services, policy families, social protection beneficiaries; timely and effectively implement the NTP on sustainable poverty reduction; focus on rural vocational training, labor export. Direct the effective implementation of the National Target Program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

+ To drastically and promptly implement the prevention and control of dangerous human diseases, protect and care for the people's health. Strengthening and perfecting the network of facilities and equipment of the health sector; formulating a project on development of human resources for health by 2030; decentralization in the financial mechanism. Focus on deploying and building digital platforms in people's health care and management and forming a data warehouse to manage electronic health records in the province by 2025, with orientation to 2030.

 + Focus on directing the implementation of digital transformation and information technology application in the province; held the signing ceremony of cooperation agreement on digital transformation between Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee and Viettel Group; supporting businesses to develop e-commerce platforms and digital address platforms to promote the implementation of the plan to select agricultural production households to join the e-commerce platform to connect, promote and introduce products, expanding the market for agricultural products.
