Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan inspected 9 houses and land that are currently surplus and not yet put into use in Quy Nhon City.  Of these, 8 surplus houses and lands have submitted to the Provincial People's Committee a handling plan, including: Agricultural Extension Center, old office at 127 Le Hong Phong and old office of the Con Chim Ecological Area Management Board - Thi Nai Lagoon at 238 Tran Hung Dao, under the management of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion Center, old office of the Trade Promotion Center at 93 Phan Boi Chau and old office of the Industrial Promotion and Industrial Development Consulting Center at 731 Tran Hung Dao, under the management of the Department of Industry and Trade; Department of Justice Office, No. 119 Le Loi, Legal Aid Center (No. 715 Tran Hung Dao) under the management of the Department of Justice; Houses and lands of the old Film Distribution Center (No. 120 Le Loi) under the management of the Department of Culture and Sports;  Union of Provincial Science and Technology Associations (old office at 472 Tran Hung Dao).

 Through the actual inspection, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan requested the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the departments and branches in charge of the management and use of public assets (houses and land) in the area to speed up the progress of reviewing and arranging public assets. Carry out the rearrangement, handling of houses and land, arrangement of use, and disposal of surplus assets in accordance with the plan approved by competent authorities and regulations of law. Principles for handling surplus houses and land in the event that after the review, no agency, unit or locality has a need to use the surplus facilities, it is urgent to propose handling in the form of: Recovering and handing over to the land fund development organization for management, auctioning the houses,  Surplus land with new land use purposes such as residential land, commercial service land... to increase efficiency of use, create revenue for the State budget, avoid waste. During the waiting process, the managing units must organize the protection of real estate facilities to be safe, prevent unfortunate accidents or fires that may occur.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan requested departments and branches to continue reviewing the remaining facilities with the spirit of early exploitation and effective use of public assets, handling for exploitation and development. Units must be responsible for the quantity of assets such as real estate and land assigned to manage public assets;  strictly implement the provisions of the law on public asset management, ensure effective and safe use, avoid loss and waste of houses and land.

In the morning of the same day, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan inspected the site of the management and use of public assets at the Road Transport Cooperative 1.4 Quy Nhon City at No. 01 Pham Hong Thai (under the management of the Quy Nhon City People's Committee) and the Detention Center - Provincial Police under the management of the Ministry of Public Security at 162 Can Vuong.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan requested the Department of Finance, Department of Construction, Department of Natural Resources and Environment and localities to review the premises and land under state management located along Xuan Dieu Street, the area behind Military Hospital 13 and other pending and slow-to-implement projects. After reviewing, the departments, branches and localities have issued documents proposing the Provincial People's Committee to consider and give opinions on handling according to regulations. For premises and land managed by central ministries and branches, there are documents requesting the ministries and branches in charge to inspect and provide guidance on effective solutions to avoid the situation of not using, causing waste of public assets./.
