 The purpose of the plan is to objectively review and evaluate the current status of law enforcement on handling administrative violations in a number of units and localities in the province. Detect shortcomings and problems in the handling of administrative violations at units and localities to promptly resolve or advise competent agencies on solutions to problems still inadequate and difficult.  In addition, recommend and propose solutions to improve the law and improve the effectiveness of law enforcement on handling administrative violations; contribute to limiting violations in implementing laws on handling administrative violations; Strengthen discipline and administrative discipline in organizing the implementation and application of laws to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of law enforcement on handling administrative violations.

 According to the plan, the expected time to organize the inspection is from June 2024 to September 2024. The inspection period is from January 1, 2022 to the time of inspection. The inspected units include: Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Information and Communications, Tuy Phuoc District People's Committee, An Nhon Town People's Committee. The main inspection contents include: Inspection of the implementation of tasks of management of law enforcement on handling of administrative violations; Check the application of laws on sanctioning administrative violations; Check the application of law on administrative handling measures (if any).

 The Department of Justice is responsible for presiding over and coordinating with relevant agencies and units to organize inspection of law enforcement work on handling administrative violations to ensure progress according to this Plan.  In addition, promptly synthesize and report difficulties and problems during the implementation of this Plan to the Provincial People's Committee for guidance and solutions. Departments, committees and branches of the province; People's Committees of districts, towns and cities, based on this Plan, develop plans to inspect the implementation of laws on handling administrative violations in accordance with the functions, tasks and actual situation of each individual. unit, locality. Coordinate with the Department of Justice and relevant agencies to inspect the law enforcement work on handling administrative violations according to this Plan and promptly report difficulties and problems to the Provincial People's Committee (via  Department of Justice) to direct the settlement.
