 At the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Confederation Ha Duy Trung spoke to launch Workers' Month 2024. In recent years, patriotic emulation movements launched by the Trade Union among workers and civil servants have come to life, gradually affirming the spirit of patriotism and overcoming difficulties in production labor, in work and in life, creating motivation to successfully carry out the tasks of agencies, units, sectors and localities in the province. Through emulation movements, many outstanding examples have appeared in many fields, worthy of our respect and pride.

 In order to promptly recognize, encourage, and encourage labor workers and civil servants, in this year's Workers' Month launching ceremony, the Provincial Labor Confederation Standing Committee praised 95 outstanding faces, who are typical pioneers progress in union activities and the labor movement of workers and civil servants in the province. Among them, 28 outstanding examples were awarded certificates of merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for "Excellent completion of work tasks, recognized initiatives, effective application for the unit, contributions in training, foster and help colleagues improve their expertise and skills from 2022-2023". There are 67 outstanding examples awarded certificates of merit by the Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation "For outstanding achievements in work, Labor and learning are praised in Workers' Month 2024".

 The Provincial Labor Federation awarded 500 gifts to union members, workers, public employees, and laborers in particularly difficult circumstances (support level of 500 thousand VND/gift), with a total value of more than 250 million VND; awarded support to 43 cases of workers suffering from occupational diseases, serious occupational accidents and fatal diseases (support level of 1 million VND/case), with a total amount of 43 million VND; Supported the construction of 06 Trade Union Shelters (of which 05 new houses were built and 01 was repaired) with a total amount of 255 million VND.
