Press conference of the 4th Central Ethnic Culture Festival in Binh Dinh, 2023

 According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Nhung, Director of the Department of Ethnic Culture, the 4th Central Ethnic Cultural Festival in Binh Dinh in 2023 has the theme "Preserving and promoting the cultural identity of the ethnic groups in the region."  China - Equality, solidarity, respect, integration and development". The festival will take place from September 8 to September 10, 2023 with the participation of 11 provinces in the Central region: Thanh Hoa, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh  Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan.

 Within the framework of the Festival, there will be a ceremony and a festival. The ceremony includes: The opening ceremony was broadcast live on Vietnam Television, Binh Dinh Radio and Television Station, and was relayed on Radio and Television Station of the provinces participating in the Festival (taking place on the evening of September 8 at the Square). The 4th Central Ethnic Cultural Festival in Binh Dinh province, 2023 is a large-scale cultural event organized to honor good traditional cultural values, preserve and promote  cultural identity of ethnic minorities in the Central region in general and Binh Dinh province in particular in the unified and diverse culture of the Vietnamese ethnic community; contributing to building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable development of the country according to Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW dated June 9, 2014 of the 11th Party Central Committee; Conclusion No. 76- KL/TW, dated June 4, 2020 of the Politburo.
