 According to the report of the Provincial People's Committee, in the first 6 months of 2024, the province's socio-economic situation continues to maintain stability, recovery and development. Gross local product (GRDP) increased by 7.60% over the same period;  Ranked 19/63 provinces and cities nationwide, 4/14 provinces in the North Central and Central Coast regions, 1/5 provinces in the Central Key Economic Region. In which: Agriculture, forestry and fisheries increased by 3.6%; industry and construction increased by 10.3%; services increased by 8.2%; Product taxes minus product subsidies increased by 8.4%. Total State budget revenue in the province is estimated at 6,348 billion VND, up 29.6% over the same period.  The disbursement rate of public investment capital managed by the province by the end of June 2024 is estimated to reach 3,934 billion VND, reaching 53.4% of the capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister.

 To achieve these results, the Provincial People's Committee has focused on directing, building and implementing the Plan to implement the Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.
