Meeting with the delegations, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang introduced the natural conditions, potential strengths of Binh Dinh's development, recent socio-economic development results and the province's efforts in investing in completing the strategic transport system, reforming the administrative procedure system to attract many domestic and foreign investors. This is a favorable condition for the two sides to cooperate long-term in the coming time. At the same time, he also introduced the projects that the province prioritizes to call for investment.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang affirmed that the Binh Dinh provincial government has been, is and will continue to accompany, support and create favorable conditions for foreign enterprises, including UAE investors, to invest and do business in Binh Dinh.  He also said that Binh Dinh and the UAE still have a lot of room to further promote the potential of the two economies, with strengths to complement each other.

During the working session with the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), Ms. Fatima Khalifa Al Muqarrab, Director of International Relations of SCCI, highly appreciated the potential and advantages of Binh Dinh province. With its current strategic location, Binh Dinh has a great advantage in developing its strategic economic sectors. She hopes to become one of the bridging roles, promoting connections between businesses and partners of the UAE in general, Sharjah city in particular, and Binh Dinh province.

Binh Dinh Province works with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry

During the working session with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ms. Latifa Hamoud Al Ameri, Head of Business Partnership Department of Abu Dhabi Chamber, said that currently, there are many member companies interested and wishing to invest in the Binh Dinh market, focusing on investing in the fields of high technology, information technology, industry, etc. He promised to soon organize a delegation of UAE enterprises to survey and work with the Binh Dinh provincial government as soon as possible to promote early investment in projects in the province.

At the working sessions, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang also informed that the province currently has 22 countries and territories investing with a total of 88 projects in many fields; however, there are no projects of UAE investors in the province.  At the same time, the province's current export turnover to the UAE market (in 2023) reached 1.6 million USD; the main export items to the UAE include seafood, rice, vegetables, plastic products, wood, and textiles. Import turnover from the UAE in 2023 reached 3.6 million USD, the main import items from the UAE are seafood, fabrics of all kinds and textile, leather, and footwear materials. Therefore, there is still a lot of room for cooperation and development. We hope that the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ABU DHABI CHAMBER) will support Binh Dinh province in some areas such as: Acting as a bridge to connect and introduce UAE businesses in general and businesses in Sharjah city and potential Abu Dhabi city to explore investment cooperation opportunities in the province in areas of mutual interest such as seaports and logistics, industry and technology, etc.;  support provincial enterprises in expanding business activities, promoting trade to bring the province's strengths to the UAE market; promote tourism, trade and investment promotion activities through information exchange, propaganda documents, and tourism development promotion between the two sides; introduce, connect, and help Binh Dinh province promote the establishment of friendly cooperation and cultural exchange with suitable localities of the UAE in general, Sharjah city and Abu Dhabi city in particular; support the province in producing and bringing OCOP products of Binh Dinh province to access tea display booths at trade centers in the cities and in particular, hope that the 02 Chambers of Commerce and Industry will connect UAE enterprises and investors to work with the provincial delegation during the investment promotion trip to the UAE in December 2024.  Representatives of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ABU DHABI CHAMBER) happily accepted the invitation and hoped that Binh Dinh province would soon provide information about the promotion trip to promptly provide the best support for Binh Dinh province.
