Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) seeks for investment opportunities in Binh Dinh Province

At the meeting, Mr. Song Kyung Soo said his corporation would like to seek for an appropriate location for the infrastructure investment with the aim of attracting Korean enterprises to invest in Vietnam. The location had to ensure the convenience for the transport, the price, investment capability and abundant labor force. The Korea Land and Housing Corporation is a state corporation belonging to Korea Transport, Infrastructure and Land Ministry so that the corporation has a good relation with many Korean enterprises. The corporation is able to recommend and call for the investment in Vietnam.

Mr. Song Kyung Soo also said his corporation had sought investment opportunities in localities in Vietnam. The corporation also takes an interest in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone due to appropriate conditions of infrastructure and transport.

Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Ho Quoc Dung gave a brief on the provincial socio-economic situation, advantages for geographical conditions, infrastructure, transport, industrial zones in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone as well as abundant labor force in the province. The Chairman said Korean corporations and groups have recently sought investment opportunities in Binh Dinh Province. Binh Dinh has created the most favorable conditions to call for investors, both domestic and overseas.

Based on the proposals made by Mr. Song Kyung Soo, the province recommended the corporation two locations for consideration: Industrial zone C and Non-tariff Zone (Both in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone). On the afternoon of that day, the delegation visited the project site in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone and some other locations for consideration and investment.
