Arrange, innovate and improve operational efficiency of agricultural and forestry companies

On April 25, Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai chaired an online conference on implementing arrangements, innovations, and improving operational efficiency of agricultural and forestry companies. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Lam Hai Giang presided at the Binh Dinh bridge point.

 According to the report of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, up to now the Ministry has submitted to the Prime Minister 41/41 master plans of provinces, cities, groups, and corporations on the construction, appraisal, and approval of the upcoming master plans. Arranging and innovating agricultural and forestry companies with 6 arrangement models. Of these, 161/256 agricultural and forestry companies of 31 provinces, cities, groups and corporations have completed arrangement, innovation and development, improving operational efficiency. After arrangement, localities and units have basically resolved financial problems, disputes, and land encroachment. The orientation and production and business strategies of enterprises are more specific and closer to the actual situation, creating stability for workers.

 Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai requested ministries, branches, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, economic groups and corporations to continue to thoroughly grasp the views and opinions of the Central Government. Ideas, policies, and goals of arranging, innovating, and developing agricultural and forestry companies according to Resolution No. 30 of the Politburo. Synchronously implement solutions to basically complete the arrangement, innovation and development, and improve the operational efficiency of agricultural and forestry companies according to the approved project. Resolve difficulties and obstacles, perfect mechanisms and policies so that agricultural and forestry companies can have healthy financial arrangements, strict land management, and effective production and business. Localities need to urgently complete and approve the plan to reorganize and innovate agricultural and forestry companies approved by the Prime Minister;  Develop and submit to the Prime Minister for approval plans for arrangement and innovation of agricultural and forestry companies that have not yet implemented; Timely report difficulties, problems, and if necessary, request adjustments and supplements to the plan.

 Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai requested to urgently complete the review, measurement, placement of landmarks, and issuance of land use rights certificates; Approve land use plans of agricultural and forestry companies; Completely handle cases of leasing, lending, encroachment, disputes, joint ventures, investment cooperation and handling violations of land law. Focus on developing plans to receive land from agricultural and forestry companies to localities for management and use. Relevant ministries and branches regularly monitor and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles for businesses and localities during the implementation process to speed up the progress of arrangement and innovation.
