 Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Quoc Dung believes that in the near future, Binh Dinh will become an ideal destination for domestic and international scientists.

 Officially operating since August 12, 2013, ICISE is sponsored by a high-level council consisting of 8 prestigious Nobel laureates. In 10 years, the Center has organized nearly 150 high-quality international scientific conferences and more than 45 specialized science schools with the participation of nearly 10,000 scientists from 35 countries and territories. There are 18 professors who won Nobel Prizes, 2 professors who won the Fields Prize in mathematics, 2 professors who won the Kavli Prize (the highest award in the field of astronomy), 1 professor who won the Shaw Prize (regarded as the Oriental Nobel), 3 professors for the Dirac Prize, 1 professor for the Kalinga Prize and Cino Delduca (of the French Academy of Sciences) and many other famous scientists.

For this conference, there will be 31 sessions with plenary sessions and specialized sessions on Astrophysics, High Energy Physics with nearly 200 scientists attending. In addition to top-notch international scientific conferences and seminars, the Science Association Meets Vietnam also organizes public scientific presentations for students, science-loving public in Quy Nhon, Hue, Da Nang, Da Lat, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City; online or face-to-face exchanges with Nobel laureates and outstanding Vietnamese students and students who won the International Olympic Prize in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Informatics.
