 At the reception, Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung welcomed Vice Chairman of the Algerian National Assembly Monder Bouden for taking the time to visit Binh Dinh province and attend the Scientific Conference for Peace on water security held at the International Interdisciplinary Science and Education Center.(ICISE). At the same time, a quick overview of the potential advantages and economic, cultural and social development situation of the province in recent times.

 In particular, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee especially emphasized that the socio-economic infrastructure system, especially transportation, urban, tourism, and service infrastructure, is increasingly being invested synchronously and methodically. synchronized and modern, the province intends to build and strongly develop industries, services, and tourism and also identifies tourism as a key economic sector, determined to build Quy Nhon City as an attractive destinationn, chosen by domestic and foreign tourists.

 “Binh Dinh province has been striving to become one of the leading developing provinces in the Central region. In particular, the focus is on building Quy Nhon City in general and the International Center for Interdisciplinary Science and Education to become a destination for domestic and foreign scientists," said the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

 Based on the good political relationship and great potential of the two countries, Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung hopes that, through this visit, especially with his role, the Vice Chairman of the Algerian National Assembly will  is an active bridge to connect Binh Dinh province with localities in Algeria to enhance delegation exchange activities at all levels, expand economic and trade cooperation, attract investment, and pay attention to promoting cooperation, local culture and cooperation.  At the same time, it will introduce and promote investors and corporations to invest in Vietnam in general and the province in particular.

 Thanking the provincial leaders for the warm welcome to the delegation, Vice Chairman of the Algerian National Assembly Monder Bouden highly appreciated the development potential, as well as the outstanding socio-economic results that Binh Dinh province has achieved over time. 

 Affirming the long-standing traditional cooperative relationship between the two countries, the Vice Chairman of the Algerian National Assembly hoped that between Algeria and Vietnam in general and Binh Dinh in particular there would be more effective cooperation in many fields. Thereby, contributing to creating motivation to promote comprehensive cooperation between the two countries to new heights.

 As Vice Chairman of the Algerian National Assembly, Mr. Monder Bouden will make efforts to connect and promote cooperation and twinning between Binh Dinh province and localities with economic and cultural similarities in Algeria. In particular, in the coming time, in the working session between the National Assembly leaders of the two countries, the content of cooperation and development between Binh Dinh province and Algerian localities will be included on the agenda.
