(binhdinh.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of July 19, at the headquarters of the Provincial People's Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Thanh received and worked with Korean businesses, including: Zenith Group; Projectick Plus; P&G Tech. Also attending the meeting were: Mr. Pham Khac Tuyen - Commercial Counselor, Vietnam Trade Office in Korea.

At the meeting, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Thanh introduced the potentials and strengths of the locality; information on the socio-economic development situation of the province in the past time and development orientation in the coming time.

Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Thanh said: Currently, in the province, there are 03 projects registered for investment by Korean businesses with a total investment capital of 76.6 million USD. Binh Dinh province is focusing on calling for capable investors, possessing modern, environmentally friendly technology, using resources effectively, and having products with competitive advantages in the fields of agriculture, forestry - fisheries; industry; port services and logistics; tourism; urban economy. In addition, the province is also focusing on calling for businesses to organize international-scale sports, trade, tourism, and cultural events to develop the local marine sports economy.

At the meeting, Korean businesses expressed their good impressions of the land and people of Binh Dinh, along with the socio-economic development results of the province in recent times. Discussing areas of strength such as: production and trading of construction materials, interior design; design, organization of large-scale events; development of real estate projects (industrial parks, resorts); support for investment in developing data centers... Korean enterprises hope to soon have the opportunity to cooperate with Binh Dinh province in these areas. Along with that, Korean enterprises said they will actively connect and cooperate between Binh Dinh province and Korean localities with similar conditions to the province.
