The Provincial Digital Transformation Steering Committee implements the 2024 digital transformation plan

 The report at the meeting said that in 2023, digital transformation work in Binh Dinh province achieved outstanding results, with the active participation of all levels, sectors, localities, businesses and people This is shown in 9 groups: Communication work, promoting community; Review and complete mechanisms and policies; digital infrastructure; Build and upgrade digital platforms, develop digital data; CDS human resources; network information security; digital government, digital economy, digital society.

 Notably, the province's Public Service Portal has provided 846 partial online public services and 941 full online public services (accomplishing the goal of 100% qualified administrative procedures according to the provisions of law). provided in the form of a comprehensive online public service); 100% of all online public services are integrated and provided on the National Public Service Portal, contributing to transparency, preventing negative corruption, and promoting socio-economic development of the province.

 Infrastructure of the Provincial Data Integration Center (Data Center) basically ensures information security for information systems: electronic office system, email, electronic information pages, communication axis  connectivity, smart urban service system.

 In 2024, Binh Dinh province continues to focus on building platforms and developing modern and synchronous information and communications technology infrastructure;  applying information technology extensively and improving information security;  develop digital government to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of direction and administration of party committees and authorities at all levels, promote administrative reform, and improve competitiveness;  At the same time, developing the digital economy and digital society contributes to promoting rapid and sustainable socio-economic development, improving people's quality of life and ensuring national defense and security in the province.

 The Provincial Digital Community Steering Committee also set specific goals in digital government, digital economy, digital society, along with 12 groups of tasks, including: Reviewing and perfecting digital institutions, digital infrastructure, digital human resources, digital awareness, basic digital platform, digital data, network information security, digital technology enterprises, digital government, digital economy, digital society and building product experience space, digital service. In particular, strive for 100% of administrative procedures that meet the conditions prescribed by law to be provided in the form of full-process online public services; The rate of work documents processed on the network environment reaches 90% for the provincial level, 80% for the district level and 60% for the commune level; At least 80% of administrative procedures are processed completely online, people only enter data once; At least 90% of people and businesses are satisfied with the handling of administrative procedures.
