 The "Tet of Kindness" - Giap Thin Spring program is organized by the Vietnam Red Cross Society and Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee to provide material and spiritual support to care for the poor and people in difficult circumstances to enjoy spring, celebrate Tet during the nation's traditional Lunar New Year. This is a useful activity to actively respond to the "Tet of Kindness" movement launched by the Vietnam Red Cross Society.  At the program, the Organizing Committee donated 5000 VND shopping vouchers at "Nhan Nhan Market" to people in difficult circumstances in Van Canh district. People participating in the program will receive free medical examination, consultation, and medicine; Free legal advice.

 Speaking at the "Tet of Kindness" program for Spring Giap Thin 2024, comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, expressed his emotion when visiting Ms. children in difficult circumstances in Van Canh district. Comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh said that in recent times, Binh Dinh province has invested well in developing infrastructure, including Becamex industrial park, Van Canh district, creating growth for the locality. With this investment, Van Canh district has better development, creating jobs for people. The Secretary of the Party Central Committee also praised local authorities at all levels of Binh Dinh province for taking good care of the poor so they can have a warm Tet season. At the same time, note that in 2024 and the following years, Van Canh district needs to support and strengthen solutions to reduce the number of poor households and improve people's lives.

Comrade Secretary of the Party Central Committee said he welcomed the initiative of the Red Cross, as well as the efforts to organize the Tet of Kindness and 0 VND market in Van Canh district today. He expressed his hope that similar activities and other initiatives will be implemented more in the future.  At the same time, send best wishes to policy families and people in difficult circumstances in Van Canh district to have a warm and very safe Tet.
