The Provincial People's Committee meets the Steering Committee of the International Professional Motorboat Race

 At the meeting, Binh Dinh F1 Joint Stock Company announced the expected content of the Amazing Binh Dinh Fest 2024 program and other contents related to this important event.

 Accordingly, Amazing Binh Dinh Fest 2024 is a series of cultural exchange events connecting sports and tourism in Binh Dinh province with the theme "Essence of martial arts", with the goal of promoting the image of culture, tourism and spirituality. The sports god of Binh Dinh people. The program is also a companion activity to the international professional motorboat racing tournament Grand Prix of Binh Dinh 2024 including two categories: UIM-F1H20 motorboat racing and UIM-ABP Aquabike water motorbike racing.

 Activities during Binh Dinh festival week include attractive cultural, artistic and entertainment activities.  Amazing Binh Dinh Fest 2024 takes place from March 22 to March 31, 2024. In addition to the grand opening and closing activities, Amazing Binh Dinh Fest 2024 week also has 6 main programs: including the Granprix of Binh Dinh 2024 international professional motorboat racing tournament, fashion show "Echoes of Vietnam"; art program Amazing Binh Dinh show; cultural and folk art exchange in Binh Dinh; Binh Dinh martial arts program; Amazing night music show. Besides, there are also Binh Dinh culinary festival programs and other activities. Another very important activity on this occasion is that the Provincial People's Committee will also organize an investment promotion conference in Binh Dinh.

 Binh Dinh F1 Joint Stock Company also informed about the infrastructure deployment work, the contents that need to be prepared in terms of logistics and communication to best prepare for the first international sports event, first held in Quy Nhon Binh Dinh.

 At the meeting, members of the steering committee gave comments on contents such as logo design for motorboats of the Vietnamese racing team, cleaning, ensuring safety of the racetrack and corridor on Dam Thi. Report and arrange rescue vehicles during the race; Arrangement plan for the grandstand area for spectators to watch the race live and side events; Calculate the capacity of spectators to see the opening and closing event areas; Organize traffic flow, ensure traffic safety, security and order, health care, ensure food safety...

 Speaking at the conclusion of the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan emphasized: The international professional motorboat racing tournament UIM F1H2O and UIM-ABP AQUABIKE are major sports tournaments, attracting the attention of many sports fans in the world, is a large-scale international event organized for the first time by Binh Dinh province. Therefore, sub-committees, departments, branches and localities should strengthen coordination with Binh Dinh F1 Joint Stock Company, Department of Culture and Sports, provide maximum support for related work, and quickly solve problems,  difficulties and obstacles in preparing to organize the event in the best way. Relevant agencies anticipate all possible situations during the event, develop scenarios and rehearse response measures.

 Binh Dinh F1 Joint Stock Company must review all preparation stages; Completely build the general program script, opening and closing ceremonies, events as well as tournament response activities... for the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for consideration and decision.  At the same time, prepare well for the organization, such as: Arranging suitable and thoughtful accommodation and meals; Install LED screens and announce race viewing spots in suitable areas for tourists and residents to watch.  Relevant departments, branches and localities proactively plan to ensure traffic safety, security and order, and ensure food safety during the event. Binh Dinh Newspaper and Binh Dinh Radio and Television Station increased propaganda and promotion time for the tournament.
