At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang was delighted to meet the Ambassador again, expressing his respect and gratitude for taking the time to visit the province in March 2024.  At this meeting, Mr. Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang continued to introduce more information about the potential, advantages, investment attraction and development orientation of the province. Currently, the province has invested quite completely in infrastructure, especially traffic infrastructure, focusing on the coastal route, and has, is and will continue to invest in many industrial parks, especially the Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial - Urban - Service Park, ready to prepare a clean land fund of up to thousands of hectares to welcome investors.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang hopes that Ambassador Bader Almatrooshi will be a bridge to introduce potential UAE businesses and investors to explore investment cooperation opportunities in the province in areas of mutual interest such as seaports and logistics, industry and technology, renewable energy, urban development.

 Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang also informed that he will work bilaterally with Abu Dhabi Ports Group, Dubai Ports World, Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Mubadala Investment, Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, these are large corporations, enterprises, and investment funds of the UAE, opening up opportunities for cooperation, economic development, and investment between the two sides.

Dr. Bader Almatrooshi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to Vietnam

Ambassador Bader Almatrooshi affirmed that the friendship and multifaceted cooperation between Vietnam and the UAE have developed positively in recent times. Economic cooperation has always been an important pillar and a bright spot in bilateral cooperation.  2024 is also a special year in the bilateral relationship, marking the 31st anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the UAE and the official launch of negotiations on the Vietnam - UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA). The two countries still have a lot of room to further develop bilateral trade and many good cooperation opportunities in areas such as tourism, sports, etc. At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang proposed to Ambassador Bader Almatrooshi the following support contents: Continue to pay attention, act as a bridge to connect, introduce potential UAE businesses to explore investment cooperation opportunities in the province in areas of mutual interest such as seaports and logistics, industry and technology, etc.; Continue to support provincial businesses in expanding business activities, promoting trade to bring the province's strengths to the UAE market;  Continue to support tourism promotion activities through information exchange, propaganda documents, and tourism development promotion between the two sides; Introduce, connect, and help Binh Dinh province promote the establishment of friendly cooperation and cultural exchange with suitable localities of the UAE;

Propose that the Ambassador send information about Binh Dinh province to large corporations of the UAE such as: Dubai Refreshments, Amlak Finance, International Holdings Company - IHC, Abu Dhabi Ports Group, Emirates, Etihad Airways... or investors and investment funds present at today's event so that investors know about Binh Dinh province.

On this occasion, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang also informed that it is expected that in December 2024, a delegation of Binh Dinh province will have a working trip to the UAE.  Therefore, we hope that the Ambassador will support Binh Dinh province to connect with business partners with strengths in the fields of: Trade services, tourism, manufacturing industry, agricultural processing, smart cities, artificial intelligence, ... some large investment funds so that the province has the opportunity to contact, work and maintain cooperation in trade, investment and tourism.
