Prof. George F. Smoot, a Nobel laureate in physics came to Binh Dinh

In the framework of activities in Quy Nhon City, Prof. George F. Smoot will have an online talk with readers of Youth Newspaper on the afternoon of August 17.

On the morning of August 18, 2015, he will also have a talk with students awarded the International Olympiad in 2015 and excellent students in Binh Dinh Province. In the afternoon of that day, he will have a talk with students and those loving science at Binh Dinh Provincial Cultural Centre.

As known, this is the second time prof. George Smoot has come to Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province. Two years ago, in August 2013, the Professor together with four other physics Nobel laureates came to Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province in order to attend “The 9^th Meeting Viet Nam” at ICISE and the Opening Ceremony of the International Scientific Conference entitled “Windows on the universe”.
