The Consul General of Russia in Da Nang paid a visit to Binh Dinh Province

Standing Vice Chairman of PPC Mai Thanh Thang (right) gave a gift to Mr. Andrei Brovarets, the Consul General of Russia in Da Nang.

At the meeting, Mr. Andrei Brovarets, the Consul General of Russia in Da Nang, expressed his interest in Binh Dinh’s socio-economic development as well as the list of projects calling for the investment. Mr. Andrei Brovarets said that Binh Dinh in particular and central provinces of Vietnam in general had a lot of potential and advantages for cooperation and development; however, Russian enterprises had limited information on this region. The Consul General of Russia in Da Nang hoped that Binh Dinh needed to enhance information sharing and provide necessary information about Binh Dinh Province. Mr. Andrei Brovarets also said that he would work as a linking bridge for the calling and recommending of Russian enterprises to invest in Binh Dinh Province.

Standing Vice Chairman of PPC Mai Thanh Thang expressed his pleasure when the Consul General of Russia in Da Nang paid a working visit to Binh Dinh. Standing Vice Chairman highly valued the role of U.S.S.A in the struggle for the national liberation and reunification of the Vietnamese people. With the good traditional relation, Mr. Mai Thanh Thang believed that the exchange and cooperation between the two countries in general, Binh Dinh Province and the Consulate General of Russia in Da Nang in particular would be further strengthened and developed. On this occasion, Standing Vice Chairman gave a brief on the natural condition, geographical location, mineral and natural resources, potential and advantages, and socio-economic development of the province as well as the projects calling for the investment. Mr. Mai Thanh Thang emphasized that thanks to the potential Binh Dinh had attracted a number of foreign enterprises to survey and invest in the province.

On this occasion, Standing Vice Chairman of PPC Mai Thanh Thang hoped that the Consul General of Russia in Da Nang would support and recommend Russian enterprises to survey and invest in Binh Dinh Province. The province committed to creating favorable conditions for Russian enterprises to invest in the province; at the same time, assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to direct Binh Dinh Investment Promotion Center to regularly contact the Consulate General of Russia in Da Nang for further information exchange.
