Vice Chairwoman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Tran Thi Thu Ha meeting with the delegation of Champasak, Laos

On the afternoon of March 18, 2015, the delegation of Champasak, Laos led by Mr. Supany Siripunnho, Director of Champasak Agriculture and Forestry Department, had a meeting with leaders of Binh Dinh Province. The meeting was attended by Ms. Tran Thi Thu Ha and leaders of related departments and agencies.

During this visit, the Champasak delegation visited the cultivation model of "The System of Rice Intensification or SRI" in Phuoc Son Commune (Tuy Phuoc District), the breeding model of "Fattening cows" in Nhon Loc Commune and the model of "Breeding dairy cows and pigs" in Concentrated Breeding Area in Nhon Tan Commune (An Nhon Town). Mr. Supany Siripunnho said that Binh Dinh has developed such good agriculture models that Champasak can learn.

On this occasion, Mr. Supany Siripunnho said that Champasak leaders would express their thanks to Binh Dinh leaders for Binh Dinh’s support and assistance to Champasak Province in the past years. He also requested Binh Dinh Province to continue creating favorable conditions for the two departments of agriculture with regular exchanges as well as assist Champasak Province in technical training, and technical support in the livestock and veterinary.

Vice Chairwoman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Tran Thi Thu Ha committed to providing favourable conditions so that the cooperative programs between the two provinces would achieve the highest results, contributing to promote the special relation between Viet Nam – Laos in general and Binh Dinh – Champasak in particular.
