Binh Dinh leader met with Sekong delegation

At the meeting, Mr. Phan Cao Thang, Permanent Vice Chairman of the PPC was delighted to welcome Sekong delegation to visit and work in the province; at the same time, expressed his belief that the visit contributed an important part to strengthen the traditional friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Binh Dinh and Sekong. The Vice Chairman also congratulated and appreciated the important socio-economic achievements of Sekong Province in the past years; contributing to the development of province's economy and achieving greater achievements in constructing and developing the nation.

At the meeting, Vice Chairman Phan Cao Thang recommended an overview of Binh Dinh province and the socio-economic situation in the first 4 months of year 2019, the situation of cooperation between the two provinces in past years and development orientations in the coming time. He also hoped Sekong Province would create favorable conditions for Binh Dinh enterprises to participate in investment, business in Sekong; at the same time, help Binh Dinh to promote images, potential and strengths as well as provide a list of projects calling for investment to Sekong investors.

Mr. Thavon Phomalaylun, Vice Chairman of Sekong expressed his pleasure when he visited Binh Dinh; thanked Binh Dinh for warm welcome. He also congratulated the important socio-economic development achievements of Binh Dinh province in the past time; at the same time, called on Binh Dinh enterprises to seek for investment opportunities in Sekong.  Sekong committed to create favorable conditions for business activities of Binh Dinh enterprises in Sekong Province. On this occasion, the Vice Chairman of Sekong Province also hoped Binh Dinh to facilitate the experience exchanges among Sekong students studying Binh Dinh Province so that they would have more experience to serve the development of the country.

The leaders of two provinces affirmed they always pay attention to consolidate and strengthen the traditional friendship, special solidarity, comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos in general and the friendship cooperation relation between Binh Dinh and Sekong in particular. They considered it would be an invaluable possession, so the two provinces needed to continue strengthening the cooperative relation, mainly focusing on the fields of Agriculture, Industry and Trade, Education and Training, Health, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Investment Cooperation, Foreign Affairs (period: 2016-2021) with the highest results.
