At the meeting, Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh PPC Nguyen Phi Long gave a brief on the potential, strengths, investment opportunities and preferential policies to the investment in Binh Dinh. "Binh Dinh is a major fishing center of Vietnam, an attractive tourist destination and a province with the first scientific urban area of ​​the country..." the Vice Chairman emphasized. Binh Dinh has a synchronous transport infrastructure system; Quy Nhon International Port can safely handle up-to-60-thousand-ton cargo ships. Quy Nhon International Seaport had direct shipping to other major seaports in Asia and in the world; Phu Cat Airport has been invested and aimed to become an international one. The province has 2 universities and 5 colleges, annually training over 17 thousand students, including about 400 graduates of information technology. Currently, Binh Dinh is investing in constructing Quy Hoa Science and Education Urban Area (Quy Nhon Innovation Valley) with the aim of developing projects on scientific research, information technology, scientific urban and software parks and scientific parks. In addition, there is a project of TMA Innovation Park with its field of software technology ... Up to now, the province has attracted 77 FDI projects with a total registered capital of USD 741.9 million, in which, there are 13 projects of Japanese investors with a total investment of USD 101.404 million.

Mr. Nguyen Phi Long said over the past years, many Japanese enterprises came to seek for investment opportunities in the province in the fields: renewable energy, labor export, health care, timber and drainage water supply system, fishery,… The province has also organized investment promotion programs in Osaka, Japan for many years. In the coming time, Binh Dinh wishes to enhance investment promotion and invite qualified Japanese investors to invest in the fields of trade, service, tourism, healthcare, education, fishery, forestry and agriculture processing, agricultural machinery and equipment, electronics, automobiles and automobile components...

Mr. Kondo Noboru (right) said the Group would soon open a representative office in Binh Dinh.

Mr. Kondo Noboru highly valued Binh  tourism potential as well as information technology human resources. He wished to advertise Binh Dinh strengths with the aim of connecting cities and businesses which are partners of the Group to seek for investment opportunities in Binh Dinh. At first, Brain Works Group would open a representative office in Binh Dinh, beginning the investment activities in the province.
