Binh Dinh leaders met with Deputy Mayor of Izumisano City

(binhdinh.gov,vn) - On the afternoon of April 3, 2019, at the Provincial Party Committee Office, Binh Dinh Party Committee worked with the Japanese delegation, including: Mr. Yashima Hiroyuki - Deputy Mayor of Izumisano City (Japan); Mr. Kato Hitoshi - Chairman of Japan-Vietnam Friendship Association in Sakai, member of the Advisory Council of Binh Dinh Province and a number of Japanese businesses. Receiving the delegation, there were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung - Member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Mr. Ho Quoc Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Phi Long - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, representatives of provincial related departments and agencies.

At the meeting, Binh Dinh leaders and Deputy Mayor of Izumisano City discussed the issue of signing the friendship cooperation between the two sides. Mr. Yashima Hiroyuki said Izumisano City, located in Osaka has a history of establishment and development of nearly 1,000 years. Currently, as a city with Kansai International Airport, Izumisano is carrying out many programs to become an international city. When officially signed, Binh Dinh would become the 10^thforeign partner that Izumisano establishes the friendship cooperation. Izumisano Deputy Mayor emphasized "the signing of cooperation is an opportunity to develop both sides".

Also at the meeting, Mr. Nagai Masao - Chairman of Sanicon Group proposed to implement a new project in Binh Dinh. Sanicon is a corporation specializing in providing water purification systems, waste water treatment systems and related maintenance and maintenance services. In Binh Dinh, Sanicon has installed a high-tech and safe water purification system according to international standards for Seagull Hotel and donated water purification equipment in emergency for the International Center for Interdisciplinary Science and education (ICISE).

Binh Dinh leaders discussed the friendship cooperation program with Izumisano City.

Secretary of Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thanh Tung said Binh Dinh would be glad to establish the friendship cooperation relation with Izumisano City and wished to complete the procedures

so that both sides would sign the cooperation program in the shortest time. Through Mr. Yashima Hiroyuki, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thanh Tung invited Mr. Chiyomatsu Hiroyasu - Mayor of Izumisano City to pay a visit to Binh Dinh.

On this occasion, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung thanked Mr. Kato Hitoshi for assisting the expansion and cooperation between Japanese and Binh Dinh partners in recent years; at the same time, hoped Mr. Kato would continue to work as a bridge to establish friendship cooperation relations between Binh Dinh and other Japanese cities.

With regards to Sanicon Group to seek for investment opportunities in the province, Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee committed to creating favorable conditions for the Group to choose appropriate locations and implement investment projects.
