Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs met with Binh Dinh leader

(binhdinh.gov.vn)-On the morning of September 22, 2016 Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Quoc Dung had a meeting with Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Ho Quoc Dung regarding foreign affairs activities and international economic integration.

At the meeting, Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Ho Quoc Dung gave a brief on provincial potential, advantages and major results of socio-economic development. Especially, international economic integration has attracted a lot of domestic and overseas big projects. Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee hoped, in the coming time Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs and central agencies would continue to create favorable conditions for Binh Dinh Province in terms of foreign affairs activities, especially the advertising of the image of Binh Dinh Province, the promotion and calling for foreign investment. He also hoped Ministry of Foreign Affairs would take interest in training and improving professional skills for provincial staff and officials.

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Quoc Dung said it is necessary to have consistency about thinking and implementing. Ministry of Foreign Affairs would continue to co-operate with provinces/cities, including Binh Dinh Province in order to carefully prepare for deep integration. Ministry of Foreign Affairs would accompany with provinces/cities to share experience and assist localities through channels: Foreign representative agencies in Vietnam as well as Vietnam representative agencies in other countries. Besides, the Deputy Minister requested the province would implement external information and help to recommend the potential of the province. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs would assist human resources training, improving foreign affairs skills, translation and interpretation skills for staff and officials of foreign affairs department and other departments, agencies so as to meet the requirements of international integration.
