View of the Meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Mima Takeomi said the purpose of the visit to Binh Dinh Province was to seek for investment opportunities to construct an international general hospital based on Japanese standard, with the first –phase scale of 200 patient’s beds and its examination capacity of 1,000 patients/a day. The hospital would include 5 specialities: Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Internal medicine, Surgery and Physiotherapy. Besides, the Group would like to implement a hospital specialized in examining and treating old patients and people at old-age centers.

First Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Phan Cao Thang welcomed Hyogo Hospital Group to seek for investment opportunities in Binh Dinh Province; at the same time, said there are four ministry hospitals, three provincial hospitals, ten district hospitals and one private hospital in the province. The total of patient’s beds is more than 3,500. In addition, the province has an enlarged high-class general hospital with its scale of 600 patient’s beds. However, most of the hospitals in the province have too many patients; the present infrastructure does not meet the requirements of the provincial and neighboring provincial people’ examination and treatment. As a result, that the Group seeks for investment opportunities to construct a hospital based on Japanese standard in Binh Dinh Province would be completely appropriate. Vice Chairman Phan Cao Thang committed to creating the most favorable conditions for the investor to implement their projects in the province.
