Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has a dialogue with young people about building and developing young human resources

Secretary of the Youth Union of Ly Thuong Kiet Ward (Quy Nhon City) Nguyen Thanh Long asked questions about the province's policies in developing digital society as well as the role of youth.

 At the beginning of the dialogue, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan said that Binh Dinh is attracting businesses to invest, especially foreign ones.  However, one of the first things that foreign businesses entering Vietnam come to Binh Dinh are most worried about is the development of human resources. Therefore, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee shared, the training and development of human resources, especially the young team, for Binh Dinh is urgent and needs to be solved.

 Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan mentioned 5 pillars of economic development of Binh Dinh, which require a lot of human resources, which are high-tech agriculture, environmentally friendly high-tech industry, tourism, and logistics. Urban economy requires huge human resources, especially industrial development.

 Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that all young people in the province will reflect and perform a sentence in the lyrics "Don't ask what the Fatherland has done for us, but ask what we have done for the Fatherland today..."  .

 The dialogue took place in the spirit of democracy, frankness and openness. The opinions and recommendations of young people focused on 3 groups of topics, including: Digital transformation and digital human resource training in the current period. Educating, training, building and developing young human resources; the province's policies in the coming time to attract high-quality young human resources and support policies for young people to start and be creative; trade promotion, market expansion, service, job creation mechanism for youth. Physical training, improving the cultural and spiritual life for young people.

At the dialogue, leaders of departments and branches answered and clarified the contents proposed by the Youth Union members.

 Speaking at the end of the dialogue, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan acknowledged and highly appreciated the enthusiastic and constructive ideas that the youth raised.  At the same time, it is emphasized that the Youth Union and the Youth Union must take the lead in implementing the policy of Digital Transformation. This is an extremely big, heavy duty but full of responsibility and pride of the Youth Union and Youth Union.

 The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested that the Provincial Youth Union, unions at all levels, youth need to firmly grasp the orientation, strategy, planning, plan... so that young people can participate in the plan, contribute ideas and initiatives in the development. socio-economic of the province. In particular, directly building business models such as starting a business, setting up a business and setting up businesses operating in the province to enrich themselves and contribute to the development of the locality.

 Regarding the issue of youth start-ups, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that registering through the Provincial Youth Union so that the Provincial People's Committee will support by socialization, by the policy of the State. Regarding vocational training, he wished the Provincial Youth Union and Youth Union at all levels to orient young people to learn vocational training on the basis of socio-economic development of each locality.

 Provincial Youth Union and Youth Union establishments need to have a specific implementation plan. At the same time, it is necessary to have sanctions, rewards, discipline, associated with responsibility to avoid saying but not doing, making temporary, not having high results.

 Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that in the coming time, young people will learn vocational training according to the development orientation of the province. For this, the Provincial Youth Union is responsible for orienting itself in the village, commune, hamlet… The province will create resources to support the Youth Union's activities as well as assist in vocational training. It is expected that quarterly, the Provincial People's Committee will work with the Provincial Youth Union and Youth Union establishments to listen and resolve the proposals and thereby also absorb the initiatives of the youth.
