Permanent Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Phan Cao Thang met with Seoul Phto Voltaic Com. Ltd. (Korea)

(binhdinh.gov.vn)-On the morning of March 6, 2017, Permanent Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Phan Cao Thang and leaders of relevant departments, agencies, Quy Nhon City People’s Committee had a meeting with the delegation of Seoul Phto Voltaic Com. Ltd. (Or SPV), represented by Mr. Kim Seung Hun and Mr. Lee Seung Koo to seek for investment opportunities to construct a solar and wind power plant in the province (photo).

At the meeting, a representative of SPV said, if choosing an appropriate location, the company would survey and construct a renewable plant covering on an area of 425 ha and the total investment capital of 215 million USD (first-phase) in the province. When the company sought for investment opportunities in Binh Dinh Province, they hoped the province would create favorable conditions in terms of an appropriate location, policies so that they would invest and construct a wind and solar power plant. In the first phase, the investor is planned to construct a solar and wind power plant with the capacity of 100 MW.

Permanent Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Phan Cao Thang highly valued the delegation of SPV for their choice of seeking for investment opportunities and constructing a renewable plant in the province; at the same time, committed to creating favorable conditions and applying preferential policies for the investor.

At the meeting, representatives of Quy Nhon City People’s Committee, Binh Dinh Economic Zone Administration, Yongsan-gu Office in Quy Nhon City and SPV signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the investment cooperation in the province.
