Meeting with overseas Vietnamese on the occasion of New Year 2017

Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Ho Quoc Dung delivered a speech at the meeting.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Ho Quoc Dung; Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Council Vo Dinh Thu; Chairman of Vietnam Fatherland Front of Binh Dinh Province Phan Phi Ho; leaders of the provincial related departments, agencies; People’s Committees of districts, An Nhon Town and Quy Nhon City happily welcomed overseas Vietnamese to the meeting.

Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee gave a brief on the achievements of the provincial socio-economic development in 2016, the provincial key projects and the provincial orientation in 2017.

The Chairman shared the provincial achievements in 2016 would be a premise for Binh Dinh to be further developed. That was an important mark to confirm the new position, opportunities and showed the solidarity, the unanimity and the combination to build Binh Dinh homeland by both local people and Binh Dinh-born overseas Vietnamese in different countries in the world.

The Chairman hoped in the coming time the province would receive the sympathy, sharing and contribution made by Binh Dinh-born people from different parts of the country, including overseas Vietnamese. Wherever overseas Vietnamese live, they always accompany with Binh Dinh homeland on the way of developing and struggling for a bright future of Binh Dinh Province.

At the meeting, overseas Vietnamese were delighted to see with their eyes the achievements of Binh Dinh Province. Besides, overseas Vietnamese also expressed their aspiration for creating favorable conditions and timely supporting in terms of guidelines, preferential policies and the usage of general as well as professional knowledge of overseas Vietnamese.
