Signing an agreement on preparation of master plan of Binh Dinh province for period 2021-2020, vision to 2050

On the afternoon of May 7th, the signing ceremony of the provincial planning agreement for the period of 2021-2030, vision to 2050 between Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee, FPT Corporation and McKinsey & Company Vietnam Company Limited took place at the headquarters of the Provincial People's Committee. Mr. Nguyen Phi Long - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Marco Breu - Managing Partner of McKinsey & Company Vietnam Co. Ltd and Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa - General Director of FPT Corporation signed the agreement. Planning Binh Dinh province for the period 2021 - 2030, vision to 2050 is one of the province's key tasks to realize the socio-economic development vision and goals, improve the quality of life for local people and contribute to the overall development of the province. The tripartite cooperation emphasized the importance and determination of the provincial leaders to build and develop Binh Dinh sustainably.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Phi Long - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly valued the spirit of cooperation and acknowledged the assistance of FPT Corporation as well as the efforts of the provincial agencies to reach the agreement. He also hoped that the agreement would be implemented quickly and effectively.

Mr. Ho Quoc Dung, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that the plan should not only provide specific solutions and projects for the breakthrough development of the province but also be suitable for the current reality and strengths of the province. The agreement was signed by the three parties on the day of the 67th Anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory, so he expected that the event would be an important milestone for Binh Dinh to create “a new Dien Bien Phu Victory”.

At the ceremony, FPT Corporation awarded the province 10 full scholarships for the 12th - grade students enrolling from undergraduate to doctorate at home and abroad./.
