Total of the funding is more than 800 million VND, funded by the authority and people of Yongsan District.

The project “Building happy houses” has been implemented by Yongsan District and Quy Nhon City People’s Committee since 2012. Accordingly, Yongsan assisted in building happy houses for poor households while Quy Nhon City People’s Committee offered the land as well as administrative formalities.
