The second gong cultural festival of ethnic minorities in Binh Dinh province - 2023 will take place on December 16, 2023

 (binhdinh.gov.vn) - On November 7, 2023, the Provincial People's Committee issued Plan No. 186/KH-UBND on organizing the second Gong Cultural Festival of ethnic minorities in Binh Dinh province - 2023.

 Accordingly, on December 16, 2023, after the provincial leaders meet with artisans and actors of the festival's participating troupes at the Provincial Convention Center, the Gong Cultural Festival will take place at the campus in front of the statue of Nguyen Sinh Sac - Nguyen Tat Thanh.

 The 2nd Gong Cultural Festival of ethnic minorities in Binh Dinh province - 2023 has the participation of 06 districts: Vinh Thanh, Van Canh, An Lao, Tay Son, Phu Cat, Hoai An (01 delegation per district) and Provincial Ethnic Boarding High School (01 group). Each troupe creates a cultural performance of gongs combined with accompanying sinus dances bearing the identity of the local ethnic group.

 The second gong cultural festival of ethnic minorities in Binh Dinh province - 2023 aims to contribute to preserving and promoting the value of gong cultural space of ethnic minorities in Binh Dinh province.  At the same time, create a joyful, excited and united atmosphere to welcome the 4th Congress of Ethnic Minorities Representatives of Binh Dinh province in 2024.

 The festival is an opportunity for artisans and actors of ethnic minorities in Binh Dinh province to meet, exchange experiences, raise awareness and awareness in preserving and promoting cultural values, traditions of ethnic minorities in the province during the period of national integration and development.

 The program is broadcast live on Binh Dinh Radio and Television (BTV).

 The first gong cultural festival of ethnic minorities in Binh Dinh province took place in September 2019 in Quy Nhon city, with the participation of over 300 artisans and actors from 09 troupes of 06 regional districts, mountains and midlands in the province./.
